Job Responsibilities

The main responsibilities include the maintenance of archaeological remains, commissioned by the County Administrative Board of Dalarna.

Other tasks that may be relevant include marking, boundary renovation, and nature conservation management in protected areas, as well as clearing paths and other clearing work. Some work with maintenance and clearing on the properties of the Swedish Forest Agency may also be relevant. The job involves travel and assignments in most parts of Dalarna.

Qualifications

We expect you to have the ability to work independently and in a team.

A chainsaw license is an advantage, as is experience in clearing work.

Experience in maintenance is also advantageous, including experience working according to local directives, working with archaeological and cultural remains, and working within area protection.

A B driver's license is required.

Conditions

Seasonal employment 100% starting from May 1, 2025, or by agreement, but no later than October 31, 2025.

Collective agreement VISST.

Stationed in Falun or Hedemora.

The work may sometimes require you to stay overnight in another location.
